    大型rco催化燃烧装置工作原理:
    有机废气经鼓风机进入氧化炉,由燃料氧化加热,升温至250~300℃左右。在此温度下,废气里的有机成分在催化剂的作用下被氧化分解为二氧化碳和水,同时,反应后的高温烟气进入特殊结构的陶瓷蓄热体,绝大部分的热量被蓄热体吸收(95%以上),温度降至接近进口的温度后经烟筒排放,达到净化废气的目的,而被虚热提吸收的热量则用于预热后续废气,达到降低反应温度,减少耗材的目的。

    大型rco催化燃烧设备工艺流程说明
    ◇旋流塔

    旋流板塔通常为圆柱塔体,塔内装有旋流塔板。工作时,烟气由塔底向上流动,由于切向进塔,尤其是塔板叶片的导向作用而使烟气旋转上升,使在塔板上将逐板下流的液体喷成雾滴,使气液间有很大的接触面积;液滴被气流带动旋转,产生的离心力强化气夜间的接触,*后甩到塔壁上沿壁下流到下一层塔板上,再次被气流雾化而进行气液接触。旋流塔喷淋水不外排,循环使用,由于水雾会蒸发,所以水箱内安装了自动补水装置。

    ◇干式过滤器

    为了防止灰尘进入到活性炭吸附+催化燃烧装置系统,以确保处理系统的气源干净、无水份、具有通风量大、阻力小、容尘量大等特点;过滤段上装有压差计(指针式),当设备内部压差超过300-350Pa时,提示清理;除雾处理采用PP除雾球;

    ◇活性炭吸附脱附+催化燃烧主要包括三部分:吸附气体流程、脱附气体流程、控制系统,详见图的工艺流程图。

    吸附气体流程:待处理的有机废气由风管引出后进活性炭吸附床,气体进入吸附床后,气体中的有机物质被活性炭吸附而着附在活性炭的表面,从而使气体得以净化,净化后的气体再通过风机排向大气。

    脱附气体流程:当吸附床吸附饱和后,停止主风机;关闭吸附箱进出口阀门。启动脱附风机对该吸附床脱附,脱附空气首先经过催化床中的换热器,然后进入催化床中的预热器,在电加热器的作用下,使气体温度提高到300℃左右,再通过催化剂,有机物质在催化剂的作用下燃烧,被分解为CO2和H2O,同时放出大量的热,气体温度进一部提高,该高温气体再次通过换热器,与进来的冷风换热,回收一部分热量。从换热器出来的气体分两部分:一部分直接排空;另一部分进入吸附床对活性炭进行脱附。当脱附温度过高时可启动补冷风机进行补冷,使脱附气体温度稳定在一个合适的范围内。活性炭吸附床内温度超过报警值,自动启用火灾应急自动喷淋系统。
    控制系统:控制系统对系统中的风机、预热器、温度、阀门进行控制。当系统温度达到预定的催化温度时,系统自动停止预热器的加热,当温度不够时,系统又重新启动预热器,使催化温度维持在一个适当的范围;当催化床的温度过高时,开启补冷风阀,向催化床系统内补充新鲜空气,可有效地控制催化床的温度,防止催化床的温度过高。此外,系统中还有阻火器,可有效地防止火焰。
